I head that this year is a harvest year of Cherries, and this weekend is the final week of harvest season. So, we drove one and a half hour to Brentwood City for fresh cherries, in order to catch up the last train of the season.
When we arrieved, there are already many cars parking outside the door, which indicate that many people have arrived in front of us. Like us, we are the passengers of the last train. hehe….
When you walk inside the ranch, you just cant help “wow!” So many my favoriate lovely cherries are hanging there, waiting for us. I have never seen such many cherries before, and I believe, neither have I eaten so many before.
There’s no entrance ticket of the ranch. You can just walk inside during there opening hours, from 9am to 6pm, and eat as much as you can and you like inside, which are toally free. However, if you want to take some ouside the yard, you have to pay at 2 dollars per pound. The price is a little bit higher than those in super markets, where cherries are sold at $0.69 in Sunset Super, but I think it worth, because what you pick from the ranch are all big, fresh, and ripe after strict selecting.

The ripe degree is different in different cherry trees. Cherries with color in the above pic indicate that we can pick them home and store them for several days without rot , while those with color in the following pic suggest you the better to eat on the ground.
These are a little bit over ripe, and less crisp than those just ripe, but they are sweet indeed.

It’s a long line waiting for paying money, a scene the owner love to see the most I think. See, the one in the front even picked a full bucket, which I guess with a weight around 30 pounds.
Opposite the cherry ranch is a corn yard. A farmer, I guess, sold a full truck of fresh corns on the street. I brought 6 at one dollar. Then, say bye to the farmer, bye to the cherry ranch, bye today….

米可以用寿司米，或者之前试过，其实普通米和糯米按照2：1的比例也可以出来同样效果，就是之前多泡一到两个小时就是了。然后加些寿司醋就ok啦。依次铺垫顺序：卷板、保鲜膜、紫菜（有分正反面的，滑面对外，另外一面对米饭）、米饭，然后就是自己喜欢的陷料了。这次是三文鱼、吞拿鱼和鸡蛋。
喜欢素食的可以用鸡蛋、黄瓜、牛油果替代。其实都是个人发挥啦，我第一次的时候还是塞胡萝卜和榨菜呐。中国特色嘛～嘿嘿
接下来就是刺身的啦～买了吞拿鱼和三文鱼，在用之前都要冰镇消毒。一般在4摄氏度以下的都可以杀菌的了。我喜欢碟子、冰块、保鲜膜、然后就刺身，放到冰箱急冻处摆个20分钟左右，这样在肉还没变硬之前就彻底消毒啦～
第一颗寿司仔仔，我觉得挺可爱的嘛。嘻嘻
然后就好多颗咯～

这个周末，和家里的人参娃娃跑到超市买了一个南瓜，用了整个下午的时间，弄了三十个南瓜饼。来来来，一起欣赏下我们的杰作吧。哈哈

那天，我们做了一个关于童话的梦。。。
别把自己看的太重要，没有多少人在意自己，所以吖～随便疯疯晒晒没所谓。我也是这么认为的！鼠标按下去的刹那，解放了！哈哈！
呵呵，自从上次看了《鲁豫有约》采访于丹后，开始留意这个人了－－－北京师范大学的教授，七天解说了《论语》而出名。觉得她讲话瞒有意思的，其中有些她在讲解里面的一些小故事，想想其中的寓意，很耐人寻味的。
一天，一群青蛙看见一座高塔，其中一只提议说，如果我们爬到那个塔尖上，该多棒的事情啊！所有青蛙听了，都觉得是件很有趣的事情，于是都纷纷往塔上爬。刚开始还群情汹涌的，可是，到了中午时分，烈日当空，炎热、饥渴、疲劳开始打击这群小青蛙。其中一只先说：“我们干吗要这样爬啊？为了什么啊？多傻啊！”其他青蛙这是也想，是啊，为了什么啊，干吗这么傻啊。一只青蛙停下了，两只、三只、五只……就这样，所有青蛙都下来了，而这时，剩下一只很小很小的小青蛙，他每步爬得不多，可是总是在一点一点地网上爬。而其余的青蛙就在下面都看着他了。终于，这小青蛙爬上了塔尖。所有的青蛙都羡慕、佩服、敬仰！当这小青蛙下来后，大家都问他究竟是什么动里让他这么坚持下去直到最后的？你猜他的回答是什么？原来，他是一直聋耳的青蛙。当大家都纷纷议论的时候，他没有听到，他以为大家都在这么一直往上爬，他也就跟着一味往上爬罢了。

那一天，迪斯尼的笑声融入轻快的奏乐，与来自八方的心情碰撞出欢乐的火花，在加州的阳光之中融化，融化，沏出一壶浓香的花茶，任你何时品尝，随时都品到那洋溢着童话的芬芳
经过两天的调整，开始慢慢回到从前的轨道上，妈妈不在身边的生活了。其实，从电话里再听到她的声音，觉得那颗纠着的心已经不再别扭了。妈妈还在我随处可见的地方，和过去一样。呵呵。
霖说我象BB断奶一样，呵呵，在妈妈的身边，谁都是长不大的孩子的啦～ I dont care。
